Please note: payment is expected at the time of face-to-face services, including co-payments and deductibles, if applicable. I accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card). Returned checks will be assessed a $50 fee.
Fees (subject to change and an annual 5% increase):

Initial evaluation (60 minutes): $250

Medication management (30 minutes): $150

Medication management with psychotherapy (45 minutes): $225
If I am not in-network for your insurance provider, I am happy to furnish you a statement outlining services received and billing code(s) to submit to your insurance provider.
Payment of services, including those that are not covered by insurance, is your responsibility.
